For audiences, it is a gift.Also Read: Fan Calls Rashmika Mandanna ‘Bhabhi’; This Is How She Reacts。    文明交通          倡议书          第12个全国交通安全日          广大交通参与者们：          大家好！          今年12月2日是第12个122“全国交通安全日”，主题是“文明交通 你我同行”！12年来，交通安全启智铸魂、砥砺前行，从最基本的“遵守交通信号”“摒弃交通陋习”，到“抵制七类违法”“拒绝危险驾驶”，再到“社会协同治理”“尊法守规明礼”“细节关乎生命”，再到“守规则除隐患”“知危险会避险”“守法规知礼让”“文明守法，平安回家”，聚焦文明安全，紧跟社会热点，交通安全日主题的发展是十二年公安交管发展的缩影，代表着国民交通安全意识的启蒙、塑造、丰富，“安全文明出行”已成为全社会的共识，日益深入人心，也是全体交警的心声和期盼！在此，邻水公安交警向您发出文明交通倡议书：          一、遵守交通规则，安全文明出行          严格遵守交通法规，做到机动车礼让斑马线，按序排队通行，车辆有序按位停放、文明使用车灯、喇叭，行人和非机动车各行其道、行人和非机动车过街遵守交通信号。         二、摒弃交通陋习，安全文明出行          坚决摒弃机动车随意变更车道、非紧急情况占用高速公路应急车道、开车接打电话或抽烟、驾乘人员不系安全带、车窗抛物、不礼让行人、违法停车及堵塞消防通道、电动车在机动车道行驶及随意穿插骑行、摩托车和电动车驾乘人员不佩戴安全头盔、行人过街不走人行横道或翻越隔离设施、乱穿马路等交通陋习。         三、弘扬法治精神，安全文明出行          积极学习交通安全法律法规，掌握交通安全知识，提高交通安全意识和文明交通习惯，出行时自觉遵守交通法规，服从交警和交通安全劝导员的指挥引导。积极参与、配合文明交通监督和疏导活动，宣传文明交通知识，纠正不文明交通行为，提醒家人和亲友树立文明交通意识，关爱自己和他人生命，做文明交通的倡导者。         四、树立风险意识，安全文明出行          坚决抵制无牌无证驾驶、酒后驾驶、超速行驶、疲劳驾驶、闯红灯、强行超车会车、超员、超载等危险驾驶行为。         五、尊重生命规则，安全文明出行          拒绝乘坐农用车、拖拉机等无资质车辆及超员、客货混装车辆、非法营运客车、私揽客源“黑”客车或无运营资质车辆。
